just got my new G&G. have not fired yet, noticed the forward end of outer barrel was unsupported allowing it to move in all directions with light pressure. it has a RAS II system installed from Evike. the foregrip ring next to the sight is just loose and spinning on the barrel. this is the first new weapon i have bought so i don't know if this is normal, but i don't see how it could be. any thoughts?

just to be clear, the ob is not loose, it just is not supported in any way by the ris. it is only connected at the reciever; floating otherwise.

Oh okay i think its just a free floating rail system so if it is a free floating then thats how its bespose to be

When I had my Ares CQB With floating rail, I had the same problem, I took some Metal Shim stock and shim up the Floating Rail, You can buy this shim stock at any Hardware store, it can be Brass, Stainless steel or Alumimun. Then all you need is some hole punches or Tin snips to cut it.

I thought about doing that. so your saying this is considered a floating rail system. I am Mainly worried about getting hung up on vines and stuff possibly causing wear at the base of the outer barrel where it screws to the reciever. How do you like King Arms M4's?
