K2 intro for local team & games

New to the area, looking for a serious mil-sim team, capable of major away games. Playing about 10 years (since first Irene in Dalton GA), from original Strikers (under a different call sign) in Cinci. Now with TF513 (as K2) up there.

Would be nice to find a group with both open field and CQB experience and practice facilities... would be nice anyway, but at the moment just a good mil-sim game would be great.

Hope to hear from some rabid players. First would like to just meet up prior to a game to check out tips for this hot/humid weather, perhaps at the Robertsdale field. I just moved nearby.

Poke around, come out to the field, have some fun. I'm afraid you'll be a little disappointed with us, if you are looking for true milsim. There is a trend towards gas blowback (and the implied realcap) but it is only 1/2 a squad in play at any one time so far.

Wilcox Field's game schedule looks something like this:

2-3 attack and defend games out of the box, in a small section of the field (location changes).
break
1 longer, force on force, or other mission-based games that use the whole field.
Lunch
Another long game.
break
1-2 short games, to try new things or do pistol matches, whatever.
