M4 Mag is messed up

My M4 hi cap mag keeps unwinding whenever I stop winding it up. how do I fix that?

what brand mag is it cause it could be a spring not catching the main wheel or it got over turned and broke the notch

Its a JG Full metal Hi Cap 300 round mag. I got it for my Colt M4 by Cybergun and I know the gun is not broken. I appreciate the help since i could not find any solutions on any videos or other forums.

not sayin the gun is broken, but lips on the wheel of your mag that holds the spring

The mag needs a star shaped screwdriver which i don't have access too at the moment. But what would i need to do to fix the mag.

on the bottom of the mag is the cover plate if there is a retaining screw even an odd size a small flat tip should fit in it.remove retaining screw.there should be to slots twards the top that have those r pressure retainers.push them in and slide out inner mag assembley.then inspect mechanical assembly near bottoms tension wheel ,see if anythings missing or broken.
