need help with saw mag

my buddy has an A&K m249 and the mag has a hard time feeding. he had it worked on i a shop but they said nothing was worng with it. and when he llooked to buy a new one all the reviews on them said they all jam up. does anyone know how to fix this issue?

thanks bud, i couldnt fint that mag anywhere though. but my friend is going to read through that link. hopefully his saw will be running like a champ
