Haha i love it! i guess we need to start the neverending argument of camo haha

That makes me the Tunnel Rat, Butter Bar, Radio Guy, or my favorite, the Distractinator.

We already know, tricolor white yellow and brown.

I believe the Camo that we all most have, Multicam ! Also go with the contractor look.

Contractor: so it's multicam, tan or xcam with tan or coyote brown gear?

I figure instead of going out buying new camo, we just use something that we already have far as camo goes. the contractor look is the easiest to do. the equipment is just what we have.

Multicam with coyote brown gear or contractor is tan with coyote brown gear i think that is absolutely perfect of course im not saying thats what u have to have just trying to clear that up cuz i think thats what howie meant

What about FODA-Foundation Operational Detachment Airsoft or WODA-Wilcox Operational Detachment Airsoft? Are we talking contractor uniforms in only urban settings and multicam in da woods?

I can get 15 patches 1 1/2 by 3 inches with W.A.S.T. (Wilcox Airsoft Strike Team) on them. My question would this be the name of the team we want to use?

We all will need to do various roles depending on what is happening. I see the best way is what AEG's and such we have, When SAW is being used he'll pretty much be toward the middle or end of the line, And is never within the first few guys due to you dont want to loose him that quick, The Sniper and his Spotter is perfect for the overwatch protection.

1. Point man
2. Rifleman
3. Leader

6 Rear Protection

I think that the SAW gunner needs to be right behind the leader. This would be in case we run into contact the leader can direct the SAW gunner to provide support to what ever element is in contact(I.E. contact front or contact rear). That way the SAW gunner can put down suppressive fire while the team leader decides to either break contact or push the engagement depending on what the enemy forces strength level is or how far from the objective we are.

Grenadier or mission specialist? Or is that more per-mission than anything?

Exsample of use,

Your squad is attacking the village, and your getting contact fire, So the Pointmen, rifleman #1, leader, and Riflemen #2 get in coverage and return fire, this give your saw an chance to get into place and take over suppressing fire while the leader can figure out the what to do next, and the other will await orders, meantime your overwatch can get into position to relieve the saw gunner so the squad can continue moving on to the objective,

Have to remember the guy with saw is just not major firepower, He also carring more weight so he is little more slower moving, very important due to having an bulleye on him, everybody wants to take him out first. by keeping him in the rear he can move to assist rear protection or as needed move to where the leader needs cover fire for the team.

Overall nothing is set in stone.
