AK VS M16/M4 what is your choice
AK47/Ak74 vs M16/M4 iv seen a lot of debate on which one is better but i want to see is what do you think is better AK or M16/M4, Now i don't want to make huge arguments so just say what you like about theme and yeah just want to know what you feel about the whole argument.
personally i prefer the AK74 for reliability, power, cheap to produce, and can be easily controlled on full auto.

M-4, For ease of accessaries to get (rails, Barrels, mags), More gear is user friendly and ready for purchase. Now there are arguements of the .223, 5.56, and not much know about the 6.5 round.

for me the m468 it use is a 6.8 round it has about the same stoping power of the soviet 7.62-39 with about half the waight of the 7.62-39 rail set off the m416 for mounting any optics lasers flash lights or anything els u can think of

M4 all day accessories and optics mounting options endless, easier to find ammo for the 5.56mm, i can control ARs much eaier than AKs. In the end its personal preference so this arguement will never really end.

To each their own. I think the M-16 chasis is more accurate in general, and the AK chasis more reliable. But I liken this argument to 9mm vs. 45 - both have their advantages and disadvantages.
I don't know how it is out here, but it was way easier, or at least more plentiful and cheaper, to buy 7.62 ammo in California.
Personally, I own an AK 'cause it was $1300 less than the M16, but ultimately, I'd like both.

You can buy Ak rounds for 10-20 dollars per twenty, acourse the Wolf brand and few other are the cheapest, then again it's an Ak-47

Re: AK VS M16/M4 what is your choice
I've fired both the 5.56 M16 as known as AR-15, as well as the 7.62x39 Kalashnikov. The M16 is easier to field strip since I own one, but the 5.56 round doesn't transfer enough kinetic energy downrange to kill the target. The 5.56 is the more accurate of the two rounds as well. The 7.62x39 Kalashnikov is a good weapon but it has it's flaws as well. Much slower round so it goes subsonic much faster than the 5.56, but it carries more kinetic energy to knock down the target. The 6.5 Grendel is a great cartridge, but I have a 6.8SPC which gets the job done for anything you want. When I go out to the Pascagoula long range, we use our 6.8SPC out to around 600yrds, our 17HMR to 400, and our 7.62x51 out to 1000 if the conditions are perfect. If you're looking for the perfect mix of Kinetic energy transfer and manageable recoil, look towards the 7.62x51. It's a great long range precision tool that is used by many LE agencies today. The 7.62x51 has plenty of data on it as well for reloading purposes since I do a lot of that with my Savage 10FCP-K and my Kimber tactical custom HD II .45ACP. In terms of recoil for the Kalashnikov, it's next to impossible to sustain controlled automatic fire. Either way, you can't go wrong. Just get something that's been statistically proven to be a good weapon and you'll be fine.

Statistically speaking, 64.3% of all statistics are 99% accurate, 53% of the time. Put another way, just under a just over one third of the time things are exactly right, according to statistics.

I have little to no experience with the AK platform but I am quite comfortable with the M4, both in airsoft and real steel. I have 100% confidence in my real steel and my airsoft M4. I like a light rifle that allows me to move quietly and efficently without causing a large amount of fatigue.
