Can anyone confirm somewhere or recommend somewhere to buy the 100% silicone oil to lube gun with? I'm going a few places today in search of some so if anyone knows off hand where to get it let me know please.

Rumor has it that the lightest r/c oil is silicone, although I don't know where you'd get that.

I pretty sure that Darkdude carries it at his BSS booth, but I could be wrong. If he doesn't, he ought to.

So I broke down and went to hobby town and got 30 weight and 60 weight bottles of shock oil. I soaked a .22 cleaning cloth in the oil and threaded it through the cleaning rod and worked it into the barrel then got a clean cloth and worked it again, also put a little bit of oil in hopup and on the piston... I hope i did everything right.

you need to dry the hopup , the oil will make it hard to use , most the time i don't put anything on my hopup , just clean it with a dry cloth
