A Work day on May 7th 2011

We are planning an work day on May 7, 2011, We will be going by Pensacola Salavage lumber yard to pick up materials, So if you like to donate it will be greatly helpful, we are looking for 2X4 lumber that would be extra for other projects on the field.
We also be rearranging the Village into an more Main street Town , So please sound off and let us know who is attending this fine work day, As always work an workday and get the next game day free.

SAWs, Post hole diggers, hammers and etc. needed to for work day.

Generator, chop saw, table saw, and a few other tools: any salvageable wood I can find in the next two weeks.

i'm in i was thinking the same thing so i'm sure dad (allout) will be there

Plank has offer some 3X5 and 3X3 foot plywood, So we shall make an way to gather this lumber and get it to wilcox

Okay time is getting closer,I have pick up the hinges and such to attach some doors to the buildings Come on Saturday, I figure around 830 at the pensacola Salavage in robertdales

We will be there with a 52" Scag and a 42" John Deere, along with a rack of hand tools. Will someone be at the field at about 9:00 to
let us in the gate?

I don't know - they plan on being at P-Cola Salvage at 8:30 am - doubt it.

If I had a key, I'd be there for ya.

I would like to be there, but we will be at Crestview. To bad this wasn't Sunday instead. :-(

i think we need to meet at the field first , so we can see what we need , we have a good pile of wood , so if thats cool i will be at the field around 8 am

That would give 4 4X4X8, 14 2X4X8 left over,

I would like to build at least two new buildings at the village, and use two existing buildings from the outpost and tower for the village, and take everything else to the Old dirt base to build another building.

That's doable - but I'd like to expand each building into two rooms or more each. Or, if you prefer, leave room to expand each building (not the space, but the ability to) as we progress.

one of the buildings will be 12 X 16 and the other building will be 12 X 12 , I believe the buildings out there right now are 12X12, 8X8's,

We now have 14 2X4X8, 12 4X4X8, 16 2X4X12, 20 2X4X16 , I believe going to make these two new buildings 12 X16 which will be 192 square feet each

Im afraid I wont be able to make this work day but good luck and I cant wait to see the changes.

Sorry, couldn't make it. Worked last night and spent the good part of the day sleeping. Hope all went well.

No worries. We did a little bit of work and spent the day contemplating how to beat those guys from Crestview. We had insider information, too, from those lovely double agents.

Man I am wore smooth out. I can not remember the last time I mowed for 6-7 hours straight with out much of a break. But the new trails and the old ones shaped up is very much worth it. Can't wait till next weekend. All you guys are in for a treat.
