Field is on hold, still.

I removed the schedule until we figure out what is going on.

Sorry for the inconvenience, but there's just no telling what's going on anymore.

He will have to have the day off and he will b there until the end of the gameday he will b playing. It shouldnt b much longer just ye of good faith keep believing wlcox will reopen and should b soon.

Agreed, this is kind of getting annoying on getting the run around. We've heard a million different stories about why the field has been put on hold.

Most recent thing I heard (made up) is that the property is under lock and key of the Federal BI because of the marijuana manufacturing going on there.

think it might be safe to say that the wilcox field is no longer available..given the run around and bs about it.....so adjust plans accordingly.....too bad ,considering the work some have put into it...

I am sorry there are no better answers, I have no clue what's going on.

I thought the MIB, Bear, Drug Lab and other excuses were obvious jokes while we wait for the field to reopen. It stopped being fun changing up the signs a long time ago.

If the field ever reopens, I will be shouting it to everyone on all the forums, but until then, I guess we shall have to continue to look elsewhere.

This is very sad, I was hoping to play there atleast one more time before i move to San Diego in September. Alas it shall never be it seems.

Let me know if you need any info about San Diego - I moved here from there. You are two to three hours (depending on day and traffic) away from Evike and Airsoft GI.

I know man, I cant wait to go. Ive been getting chummy with the airsoft forums of san deigo, looks like ill get to play evrey weekend there lol.

yeah ..sd had a long time airsoft scene....almost as long as la and sf...decent bunch of folks down there...lived there from when i got stationed there in 86 till 93.....was born in el cajon..lol....i miss that place..

Ugh iv been wanting a large game for a while i know im not a moderater o anything on this site but i did build an airsoft website for our field in lucedale, ms but its not large enough to accomidate a match like wilcox would generally hold sooo i dont know what it would require and i hope this doesn upset anyone but why dnt we all jus get togather and search up a new field and spend a couple weekends of sweat and hardwork bringing it up to the par wilcox is? Its an idea so please no one get upset over this.

There were lots of things planned. As of right now, there is nothing scheduled, to my knowledge.

And of course, we are entering the hot time of the year.

We shall see what happens, when it does.
