Gunsmith needed Empty Gunsmith needed

If anyone knows a gunsmith that can install a new rail system and gas block on my AR-15, please let me know. I'll pay for labor but I won't pay out of the ass. It shouldn't take but a day at the most so I don't need someone that takes forever. The parts on my upper are factory installed and the tools I have cannot remove what I need to remove in order to install new parts. Any help is appreciated.

If I was home , I could do the work for free, just would cost you gas to come over to Milton , Fl. Very Happy , But in August
