Making of a airsoft team
As this area is envolving teams are being formed, These are just some key positions you might want to think about;
The Captain, nothing more then leader of your Squad/Team
The Rifleman/Shooter , Pretty much need a few of these guys
The Sniper/marksman, The name say it all
The Spotter, That sniper needs a protection detail
The Support Gunner, Lay that cover fire down on the positon your Charging
The medic/Radio Officer, This guy can duel role, So if your squad can split up radio channels and such.
The Recon Specialist, they are the guys you send to the enemy rear or flank guys ( he needs to be quiet and movement) He also not the guys that goes full blown on the enemy.

Re: Making of a airsoft team
Dont forget about developing basic Fire Teams. Sometimes its easier to develop a small tight knit team. A Fire Team consists of...
1. Team Leader/Grenadier Usually directs the teams movements for objective completion.
2. Rifleman/Pointman, Usually carrying some sort of automatic rifle.(M16)
3. Automatic Rifleman, Usually carrying an M249 or M60 support weapon.
4. Assistant Automatic Rifleman, Carries extra ammo for the Auto Rifleman and his own Automatic Rifle (m16)
