Allout, me and my boys all run Puxing PX-888's and love them. Easy to program if you know how to use Excel, and work anywhere on the battlefield. I used them at the New York OP, and the playing area was over 5 square miles.

There is no doubt that opinions will change as time goes on. I'll probably pick up a $20 for right now - I have a few ideas on what I ultimately want.

So Animal Mother what are you running with far as headset, I do not like the headset that covers both ears, So I would go with an throat mic the only thing I don't like about the PX-888 is that the heavy duty Throat mic is not offer , but with the PX-777 you can get an Heavy duty throat mic.

The PX-888 can run anything with a kenwood 2-pin setup.
