Rules for New Members, or...

...What do you think:

a. Makes a good team member?
b. Should be the guidelines for adding players?

Are we exclusive (which is odd, considering how quickly I was inducted)? Should we vote new members in, or just feel our way through?

I'm all for adding members as we go along, but what do we want or need for the team?

How they conduct themselves and follow with what we are trying to do

What ARE we trying to do?

I say we do a small selection course for prospective members- kinda like the obstacle course that was in the sniper competition. That way we can see who is going to put out and also it makes the canidate feel like he has accomplished something by joining the team. Then a vote by active team members- team members that show up regularly.
