Combat Missions Empty Combat Missions

This is one of the initial missions I was thinking of when considering a dedicated OPFOR. This is just one mission, and I was thinking that we could do a series of events similar to the show Combat Missions from which this is stolen.

Each team will compete for points against the dedicated OPFOR "Shadow Squad*" with the following rules:
..........1000 points are given to each team.
............-5 points per minute the game is played.
...........-25 points per wound.


*Or whatever name they come up for themselves.

Wounds: teams will be supplied an admin medic which will carry medic ropes, and count wounds taken by the team. As the medic is not 'in game', he (or she) cannot be killed, cannot hold objectives or otherwise actively participate in the mission.

There is an additional bit of information that will be given day of or in writing, but gives away planning, tactics or other team sensitive data.

There will be other missions, but I am not going to post them up, so that you all don't know what it is until day of....

Planning idea is to play the missions out over 2-3 game days, with all the teams going through the missions mid afternoon. If it goes fast, then we can run two missions. But one a game day, with say 4-6 missions. Or would you rather do an all day event over two game days?

Sound like fun?
