Okay guys,
A short thoughts of this one, The GBBR itself is very light weight, Nice kick when it being fired, The Mags fits nice and snug in the mag well, Now the mags being Green Gas and everybody knows the basic problems with them, to early in game to yes or no on them since all three magazines I have are working as they suppose too. I did try convert an C02 mag , well lets just say it's etremely hard to load the BB's as they are with the open bolt mags does also. I will be chrono the GBBR tomorrow let you guys know the results.

Re: WE PDW M4 Open Bolt Feed
Had the first failure today, I want to say about 750 rounds through it, Apparently the charging handle got hard to pull back and would not retract. Open up upper reciever and found the rubber boot lay over, correct rubber boot and GBBR back to working normal. Pictures to follow

Re: WE PDW M4 Open Bolt Feed
After running the GBBR for five games on 5/14/2011 found the worst part of the GBBR is that BBs are finding thier way bay back behind the nozzle and jamming the Hammer and auto shear causing the gun to failed, Luckly not having to dismantle the lower reciever down to parade rest. I have roughly put 1200 BBs thru the GBBR
I am keeping an running tab on failures to assist others who may want to buy and invest into an GBBR .

Re: WE PDW M4 Open Bolt Feed
The New PDW came today, found out it didn't have the improved NPAS Nozzle and housing, then I was testing the PDW and went too switch over to full auto and the selector switch broke, which guess I should look at it litttle better.
Pictures will be up tomorrow

Re: WE PDW M4 Open Bolt Feed
for whatever reason it may be, the Bolt release is causing the Nozzle housing to get damage, now looking at what I can do to correct this small problem.

Love the reliability of AEG's?
lol - I'm glad you're doing this. Let me know how much it costs to get a GBB reliably working for one day, and I'll start saving.

Re: WE PDW M4 Open Bolt Feed
Didn't notice, but the Hop up was damaged, was able to replace it and now it's good to go, Will post pictures of it soon.
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
Now this Hop up is quite simple to overhaul, Once disassemble from the rest of the Assembly, There is only an small Phillips screw holding this together, but make sure you remove the Hop up adjustment., Replace the rubber Boot, make sure you place the rubber nub correctly when reassemble the unit as it goes side ways and not up and down. there are grooves on both side of the barrel to ensure it lines up correct., once the two halfs are back to gather, you have to lift up the medal bar when inserting the Hop up adjustment back in.
