Re: WE PDW M4 Open Bolt Feed
Okay guys,
Now after last weekend, it's Appearred that the Spring for the Housing that attaches too the nozzle was weak causing kinks in the spring which fail on three of four Nozzle housings, so went to Hall's hardware store and dig through the springs and found the #16U Extension Spring 2" length 3/16" outer Dia #20 wire gauge which is similar to what was install. Remove the Housing Pin holding spring then remove the smaller pin holding the Nozzle, other side of spring and plastic valve insert, Now the NPAS valve has an spring in front so watch how it seperates to ensure installation goes back correctly. Pictures to follow soon. Also results from testing

Okay Guys,
It was successful, shot through 5 mags and no hang ups with the nozzle, good to Go!
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
Everything apart. minus the valve assembly, it is still in the foward Nozzle tip

Nozzle put back together where you can see the Spring sticking out

Complete Nozzle housing back together

The bolt is actually pretty similar to my bolt on my WE M14. Have you had any plastic pieces break off of the bolt assembly and jam it? I did but I could never figure out where they came from and when i put it back together it shot like new.....
